In my significant writing piece, one thing that I haven’t had a problem with is the use of MLA format. I made sure that my paper was in the right dimensions and that I had the right title area of the page. I made sure that I had a header that said “Crocker” and then the number of the page it is on. My bibliography was always in MLA format and I haven’t had any points taken off due to not having it formatted correctly.
When it came to local errors, I tended to make a lot in my free draft, but by the final draft, it always ended up being fixed to make for an adequate paper. In my significant writing piece, a problem I had was the use of a comma in a sentence. I originally said “…strongest value for me which is trust…” and it was corrected to “…strongest value for me, which is trust.” I think it was just me writing to fast and making a small error. By the final draft I had all of my local errors fixed so I could make the it an “A” paper.
